How long for pre-orders to ship?

Pre-orders take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to get to you.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from BELYATO's warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?

SUNGLASSES

What are they made of?

We source each material from the places that specialize in them. All of our sunglasses are made from either Italian Mazzuccelli acetate or Japanese titanium and stainless steel.

Where are they made?

Our sunglasses are handmade by eyewear artisans in China.

What kind of lenses do you use?

We use only CR39 lenses with 400 UV protection. One of the highest in the industry. Most of our lenses are also polarized.

Do they come with a warranty?

Yes, all BELYATO sunglasses come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. See here for more details.

How to care for my sunglasses?

Clean your glasses daily with warm water and pH-neutral soap. Do not use alcohol, harsh chemicals or disinfectant wipes to sanitize the frames. Use included microfibre cloth and avoid paper or other cloths that may scratch them. Keep your glasses in their case after use. Always have frames professional adjusted by a licensed optician.

Can I get them personalized?

We are currently working on a personalization platform that will be releasing soon. Please subscribe to BELYATO club for the release date.

I like a style, but want a different colour lens? Can the lens colour be changed?

Yes, we do offer different lens colours that are not found on our website. *Please reach out via live chat, email or phone before placing your order.*

How do I find my size?

How do I get my frames adjusted?

Visit your local optical and have a licensed optician adjust them. We are currently working on partnering with opticals in each city around the world who carry our sunglasses.

Where can I find my frame’s measurements?

See the inner temples of your frames. Visit our guide to see what each number means.

Are your frames available in multiple sizes?

Currently we do not offer alternate sizing for each frame shape, but are working to bring more sizing for all different face shapes.

When will I be charged?

When you have placed an order with us, the funds are temporarily reserved but you are not actually charged. When your order has been dispatched, we will capture the funds from your account.

Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?

If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card.

Do you have any retail locations?

We currently don't have any stand alone stores, but we are currently working on partnering with opticals in each city around the world to carry our sunglasses.

Do retail partners carry every style online?

Retailers will not carry all styles or colour ways offered on our website. Please check with your local retail stockists to confirm their stock.

PRESCRIPTION

Can I get my prescription in my sunglasses?

We currently don't offer online prescription services yet, but we you can definitely get prescription lenses added to your BELYATO sunglasses at your local optical.

INSURANCE

Can I use insurance to get BELYATO sunglasses?

If you require presecription lenses in your sunglasses, you can get lenses put in by a licensed optician then send your receipt to eligible health plans. If your plan covers up to a certain amount such as $200 for eyeglass frame allowance, you may be able get fully reimbursed for your purchase. (REIMBURSEMENT DEPENDS ON YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER. PLEASE CALL YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER TO CONFIRM YOUR BENEFITS.)
